Quikshopa Return Policy

Quikshopa offers a 7 day return window for items that meet the requirements for return. Contact us through any of our contact channels within seven days of delivery and we will ensure a resolution is reached on the return.

Items not Eligible for return:

  • Products that have been altered from their original or opened without permission.
  • Jewelry, adult toys, perfumes, hair extensions, socks, lingerie, innerwear and bed sheets.
  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Perishable goods cannot be returned.
  • Products in beauty, health and personal care category cannot be returned.
  • Books and CDs.

Return Instructions:

  1. Fill a complaint form.
  2. Send an email to hello@quikshopa.com  and attach pictures of the product.
  3. Once the claim is valid, we will inform you how to get the item to us.
  4. The return pick-up time starts from the day you fill the complaint form.
