Quikshopa offers a 7 day return window for items that meet the requirements for return. Contact us through any of our contact channels within seven days of delivery and we will ensure a resolution is reached on the return.

Items not Eligible for return:
- Products that have been altered from their original or opened without permission.
- Jewelry, adult toys, perfumes, hair extensions, socks, lingerie, innerwear and bed sheets.
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Perishable goods cannot be returned.
- Products in beauty, health and personal care category cannot be returned.
- Books and CDs.
Return Instructions:
- Fill a complaint form.
- Send an email to [email protected] and attach pictures of the product.
- Once the claim is valid, we will inform you how to get the item to us.
- The return pick-up time starts from the day you fill the complaint form.
